  1. (a)Civil rights compliance requirements. All grants made under this subpart are subject to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 7 CFR part 1901, subpart E.
  2. (b)Environmental review requirements. Grants made under this subpart must comply with environmental review requirements in accordance with 7 CFR part 1970.
  3. (c)Other USDA regulations. This program is subject to the provisions of the following regulations, as applicable:
    1. (1)2 CFR part 400, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards;
    2. (2)2 CFR part 415, General Program Administrative Regulations;
    3. (3)2 CFR part 416, General Program Administrative Regulations for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments;
    4. (4)2 CFR part 417, Nonprocurement Debarment and Suspension;
    5. (5)2 CFR part 418, New Restrictions on Lobbying;
    6. (6)2 CFR part 421, Requirements for Drug-Free Workplace (Financial Assistance); and
    7. (7)2 CFR part 422, Research Institutions Conducting USDA-Funded Extramural Research; Research Misconducts.
