1. (a)The caption “Tobacco Classification Certificate”;
2. (b)Whether it is an original, first, second, or other copy;
3. (c)The number of the certificate;
4. (d)The sale bill identification number;
5. (e)The location of the tobacco at the time of inspection and certification;
6. (f)The date of certification;
7. (g)The class or type of tobacco;
8. (h)The number of lots in the crop-lot;
9. (i)The weight of each lot;
10. (j)The signature of the inspector and,
11. (k)Such additional information as may be required by the Director.
