  1. (a)Person means any individual, firm, sole proprietorship, partnership, association, company, joint venture or corporation.
  2. (b)Director means the Director of the Office of Energy, U.S. Department of Agriculture.
  3. (c)Secretary means the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
  4. (d)Adjustment means an interpretation, modification, rescission of, exception to or exemption from the Essential Agricultural Uses and Requirements regulations, part 2900 of this chapter.
  5. (e)NGPA means the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978, Pub. L. 95-621.
  6. (f)Petitioner means any person seeking an adjustment under this part 2901.
