The Summer EBT agency must monitor and document data on each of the following performance criteria:
  1. (a)Performance Criteria 1—Percentage of children eligible for Summer EBT benefits who participated by using their benefits at least once.
  2. (b)Performance Criteria 2—Percentage of Summer EBT benefits that are issued to children not eligible for Summer EBT.
  3. (c)Performance Criteria 3—Percentage of children issued benefits who receive their first issuance before the start of the summer operational period.
  4. (d)Performance Criteria 4—Percentage of eligible children who can be identified through streamlined certification who are enrolled without further application.
