1. (a)Complete set. Twenty-seven dollars each, delivered to any destination within the United States and $30 each, delivered to any destination outside the United States.
2. (b)Individual sample. Three dollars each, delivered to any destination within the United States, and $3.50 each, delivered to any destination outside the United States.
