Each recipient institution shall report to the Department of Agriculture by October 1 of each fiscal year, the following information related to stakeholder input and recommendations:
  1. (a)Actions taken to seek stakeholder input that encourages their participation;
  2. (b)A brief statement of the process used by the recipient institution to identify individuals and groups who are stakeholders and to collect input from them; and
  3. (c)A statement of how collected input was considered.
