A compliance review and physical inspection will be conducted by the Agency at least once every 3 years. The purpose of this review will be to inspect:
  1. (a)Tenant eligibility documentation;
  2. (b)Financial information on the operation and management of the labor housing, including relevant borrower financial materials;
  3. (c)Payment of taxes, insurance and hazard insurance;
  4. (d)Compliance with the security deposit requirements;
  5. (e)Compliance with the operating plan;
  6. (f)Compliance with the loan agreement;
  7. (g)Compliance with Agency requirements for affordable, decent, safe, and sanitary housing; and
  8. (h)Compliance with civil rights requirements.
