Unless otherwise specified in an annual notification issued under § 4284.530, the following requirements apply to all applications.
  1. (a)Submission period. The application period opens on March 1 and closes 11:59 p.m. Eastern time, on June 1. Applicants are encouraged to submit their applications well in advance of the closing date to ensure timely receipt by the Agency.
  2. (b)Submission process. The annual notification will be published on the OMB-designated governmentwide website and will provide instructions on how and where to submit completed applications for RCDG funding. All items required for the application must be submitted in a single application package. Revisions or additional information will not be accepted after the application period closes. Incomplete applications will be rejected and not considered for funding.
