  1. (a)Departmental regulations. All projects receiving a loan guarantee under this part are subject to the provisions of USDA's Departmental Regulations, as applicable.
  2. (b)Other Federal laws. Lenders and borrowers must comply with other applicable Federal laws including, but not limited to the following:
    1. (1)Equal Employment Opportunity.
    2. (2)Americans with Disabilities Act.
    3. (3)Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
    4. (4)Fair Housing Act.
    5. (5)Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (URA).
    6. (6)Section 70914 of the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) within the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Pub. L. 117-58).
