  1. (a)Application for authority to apply official identification to packaging material or containers shall be made in accordance with the provisions of subpart A of this part. (title 7, §§ 58.49 through 58.57 of the Code of Federal Regulations.)
  2. (b)Only dairy products received, processed, or manufactured in accordance with the specifications contained in this subpart and inspected and/or graded in accordance with the provisions of this part may be identified with official identification.
