  1. (a)No later than 30 days after a NAD determination becomes a final administrative decision of USDA, NRCS will implement the determination.
  2. (b)Biannually, NRCS must file a report on the status of implementation of final administrative determinations in accordance with section 14009 of the 2008 Farm Bill.
