Any person nominated to serve on the Board shall file with the Secretary at the time of the nomination a written agreement to:
  1. (a)Serve on the Board if appointed;
  2. (b)Disclose any relationship that may create a conflict of interest under § 63.112; and
  3. (c)Withdraw from participation in deliberations, decision-making, or voting on matters which concern any relationship disclosed under paragraph (b) of this section.
