7 CFR §63.105

1. (a)In general. Nominations for voting members of the Board may be submitted by any national organization that the Secretary determines meets the eligibility criteria established under paragraph (b) of this section.
2. (b)Basis for eligibility. A national organization is eligible to submit nominations for voting members on the Board if:
   1. (1)The membership of the organization consists primarily of active sheep or goat producers in the United States; and
   2. (2)The primary interest of the organization is the production of sheep or goats in the United States.
