  1. (a)A committee established under this part will consist of not fewer than 3 nor more than 11 elected members.
  2. (b)Committee members must be fairly representative of the farmers and ranchers within their respective LAA from which they are elected.
  3. (c)The county committee must select a secretary who must be the county executive director or other employee of the county committee. The secretary cannot be a county committee member.
  4. (d)The county committee must select a chairperson and vice-chairperson.
