7 CFR §718.7

1. (a)A reasonable number, as determined by FSA, of reproductions of photographs, mosaic maps, and other maps will be made available to the owner of a farm, an insurance company reinsured by the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC), or a private party contractor performing official duties on behalf of FSA, CCC, and other USDA agencies.
2. (b)For all others, reproductions will be made available at the rate FSA determines will cover the cost of making such items available.
