  1. (a)The eligibility provisions applicable to LFP apply to ELRP 2023 and 2024, excluding the average AGI limitation. These include the provisions of: 7 CFR part 1416, subparts A and C; 7 CFR part 12; and 7 CFR 718.6.
  2. (b)To be eligible for a payment under this subpart, a producer must have an approved LFP application on file for the 2023 or 2024 program year. Producers may receive payment for one or both years, if eligible.
  3. (c)States, political subdivisions, and agencies thereof, are not eligible for payments under this subpart.
