  1. (a)Purpose. This part describes the Agency's policies for making direct FLP loans.
  2. (b)Types of loans. The Agency makes the following types of loans:
    1. (1)FO, including ML and Downpayment loans;
    2. (2)OL, including ML and Youth loans;
    3. (3)EM; and
    4. (4)CL.
