  1. (a)General. Any interested person may request a retest inspection service on nongraded commodities. When more than one interested person requests a retest inspection service, the first interested person to file is the applicant of record. Only one retest inspection service may be performed on any original inspection service.
  2. (b)Scope of request. A retest inspection service may be requested for any or all quality factors tested but shall be limited to analysis of the file sample.
