Nominations for membership on the Pear Commodity Committee shall be made by the growers of pears in the respective representation areas as follows:
  1. (a)North Sacramento Valley District and the Central Sacramento Valley District one nominee.
  2. (b)Sacramento River District, Stockton District, Stanislaus District, Contra Costa District, Santa Clara District, and Solano District four nominees.
  3. (c)Placer-Colfax District one nominee.
  4. (d)Lake District four nominees.
  5. (e)Mendocino District and the North Bay District one nominee.
  6. (f)El Dorado District one nominee.
  7. (g)All of the production area not included in paragraphs (a) through (f) of this section one nominee.
