On and after July 1, 2023, the following base rates of assessment for pears for processing are established for the Processed Pear Committee:
  1. (a)$7.50 per ton for any or all varieties or subvarieties of pears for canning classified as “summer/fall” excluding pears for other methods of processing;
  2. (b)$0.00 per ton for any or all varieties or subvarieties of pears for processing classified as “winter”; and
  3. (c)$0.00 per ton for any or all varieties or subvarieties of pears for processing classified as “other”.
