Nonapplicability of Federal Advisory Committee Act
through Pub. L. 116-344, except Pub. Ls. 116-260 and 116-283
The Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. App.) shall not apply to—
(1) the Board; or
(2) any Partnership.
