Authority of Secretary of the Interior for acquisition of Indian land
through Pub. L. 116-344, except Pub. Ls. 116-260 and 116-283
The Secretary of the Interior is authorized to perform any and all acts and to prescribe such regulations as he may deem appropriate to carry out the provisions of sections 833l to 833p of this title.

Section was not enacted as part of act May 18, 1938, which comprises this chapter.
Transfer of Functions
