ACTION:

Petition for rulemaking.

SUMMARY:

Take notice that, on March 17, 2021, Center for Biological Diversity, pursuant to Rule 207 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice and Procedure, and section 553 of the Administrative Procedure Act, filed a petition requesting that the Commission amend the Uniform Systems of Accounts requirements for payments to industry associations engaged in lobbying or other influence-related activities, all as more fully explained in the petition.

Comments due 5 p.m. Eastern time on April 26, 2021.

Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
