Investigations

The Commission will make an investigation for the purposes of section 22(a) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act, as amended, only upon request of the President.2
2Applications for investigations for the purposes of section 22 of this Agricultural Adjustment Act, as amended, must be filed with the Secretary of Agriculture (Executive Order 7233).
