When there is a change in the location of the brewery, the brewer shall file an amended Form 5130.10, and a new bond, Form 5130.22, or a consent of surety, Form 5000.18, as required under §25.91, extending the terms of the bond or continuation certificate to cover operations at the new location. The brewer is not required to file a new bond or consent of surety if the brewer is exempt from bond requirements under §25.91(e).
