Except for military personnel, their authorized dependents, or guests, and employees of the United States in the performance of their official duties, entry upon Naval Submarine Base New London, or remaining thereon by any person for any purpose without the advance consent of the Commanding Officer, Naval Submarine Base New London, or his authorized representative is prohibited.
