(b) Section 18 emergency exemptions. Time-limited tolerances are established for residues of flupyradifurone, including its metabolites and degradates in or on the specified commodities listed in table 2 to this paragraph (b), resulting from use of the pesticide under section 18 emergency exemptions granted by EPA. The time-limited tolerances expire and are revoked on the date specified in table 2 to this paragraph (b). Compliance with the tolerance levels specified in table 2 to this paragraph (b) is to be determined by measuring only flupyradifurone, 4-[[(6-chloro-3-pyridinyl)methyl](2,2-difluoroethyl)amino]-2(5H)-furanone in or on the commodity.
