§ 102-118.520 Who is responsible for determining the standards for collection, compromise, termination, or suspension of collection action on any outstanding debts to my agency?

Under the Federal Claims Collection Act of 1966, as amended (31 U.S.C. 3711, et seq.), the Secretary of the Treasury and the Attorney General have joint responsibility for issuing standards for your agency.
