1. (a)Depending upon the nature and the location of the construction project, environmental laws related to NEPA and NHPA may include:

   3. (3)Clean Air Act [42 U.S.C. 7401];

   5. (5)Coastal Barrier Improvement Act [42 U.S.C. 4028 and 16 U.S.C. Sec. 3501];
   6. (6)Coastal Barrier Resources Act [16 U.S.C. 3501];
   7. (7)Coastal Zone Management Act [16 U.S.C. 1451];
   8. (8)Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act [42 U.S.C. 9601];
   9. (9)Endangered Species Act [16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.];
   10. (10)Farmland Protection Policy Act [7 U.S.C. 4201 et seq.];
