L. 98–509, title II, §206(a), 98 Stat. 2361, and amended, which related to alcohol abuse and alcoholism demonstration projects, was renumbered section 506 of act July 1, 1944, by Pub. L. 102–321, title I, §106(a), July 10, 1992, 106 Stat. 334, and transferred to section 290aa–5 of this title.
