Publicizing vacancies

When applicants from outside the Federal service are desired, part-time vacanies may be publicized through various recruiting means, such as:
(a) Federal Job Information Centers.
(b) State Employment Offices.
(c) Veterans' Administration Recruiting Bulletins.
