(b) A line drawn from the outer end of Morro Bay Entrance East Breakwater to latitude 35°21.5′ N. longitude 120°52.3′ W. (Morro Bay Entrance Lighted Bell Buoy “1”); thence to Morro Bay West Breakwater Light.
