48 CFR §6101.20 — Scheduling hearings [Rule 20].

  1. (a)Generally. The Board will set the time, place, duration, and subject matter of a hearing in a written order after consulting with the parties.
  2. (b)Subject matter. The Board may schedule for hearing all or some of the claims or issues in a case, or all or some of the claims, issues, or questions of fact or law common to more than one case.
  3. (c)Unexcused absence. If a party fails without good excuse to appear at a hearing of which it received notice under this rule, the Board will deem that party to have elected to submit its case on the record under Rule 19.
