(a) Section 523 Self-Help Technical Assistance Grants.

(b) Section 523 Land Development Fund.

(c) Section 524 Rural Housing Site Loans.

(d) Section 509 Compensation for Construction Defects.

(e) Section 502 Nonsubsidized Funds.
