"(I) is adjacent to a house, barn, electric utility station, or other building;
"(II) is within the curtilage of a farmstead or adjacent to another building or visible structure;
"(III) supports electric utility transmission or distribution lines;
"(IV) is a wind-powered electrical generator with a rotor blade radius that exceeds 6 feet;
activities that mitigate the impacts of natural hazards including—
(A) drought and prolonged episodes of intense heat;
(B) severe storms, including hurricanes, tornados, wind storms, cyclones, and severe winter storms;
(C) wildfires;
(D) earthquakes;
(E) flooding, including the construction, repair, or replacement of a
, the Secretary and the Secretary of Defense shall give priority to demonstration projects that—
(I) make available to the public project information that will accelerate deployment of long-duration energy storage technologies; and
(II) will be carried out in the field.
(e) Pumped storage hydropower wind and solar integration and system reliability initiative

In March 2006, the President signed the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act of 2005 (CMEA). The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) promulgated an Interim Final Rule (IFR) on September 26, 2006 (with a technical correction on October 13, 2006), under Docket Number DEA-291I
and Natural Resources, Division of Waste Management, UST Section, was approved by EPA pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 6991c and part 281 of this chapter. EPA approved the North Carolina program on April 26, 2001 with an effective date of August 14, 2001.
