§ 17.12 Definitions.
As used in this part:
(a) The term act means the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Pub. L. 88-352 78 Stat. 241).
(b) The term Department means the Department of the Interior, and includes each of its bureaus and
non-participant vessels watching the event.
