I. Public Participation and Request for Comments
The Coast Guard views public participation as essential to effective rulemaking, and will consider all comments and

Current Standards of Fill for Distilled Spirits and Malt Beverages
The standards of fill for distilled spirits are contained in subpart E of part 5 of the TTB regulations (27 CFR part 5). In a separate notice of proposed rulemaking published elsewhere in this issue of the Federal Register, TTB is also proposing
