(e) The costs of providing additional benefits to participants or individuals who have exited the program and are receiving follow-up services, which may include:
(1) Tuition assistance for obtaining college education credits;
(2) Scholarships to an Apprenticeship, Technical, or Secondary Education program; and
(3) Sponsored health programs.
(a) The curriculum for kindergarten shall provide children with experiences which emphasize language development, native language where necessary as determined by 25 CFR 39.11(g), and performance of the requirements in paragraph (b) of this section. (b) A kindergarten instructional program shall include but not be limited to:

(b) A determination by the Secretary concerned under this section is conclusive.
(c) The Secretary concerned shall prescribe regulations for the administration of this section.
(d) In this section, the term "State" includes the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and each territory of the United States.
(a) Original Enlistments.—
(1) Authority to accept.—The Secretary of the Air Force may accept original enlistments in the Space Force of qualified, effective, and able-bodied persons.
