There is a Judge Advocate General’s Corps in the Army. The Judge Advocate General’s Corps consists of—
  1. (1)the Judge Advocate General;
  2. (2)the Assistant Judge Advocate General;
  3. (3)commissioned officers of the Regular Army appointed therein; and
  4. (4)other members of the Army assigned thereto by the Secretary of the Army.
