10 U.S.C. § 7418 — Drill sergeant trainees: human relations training

  1. (a)Human Relations Training RequiredThe Secretary of the Army shall include as part of the training program for drill sergeants a course in human relations. The course shall be a minimum of two days in duration.
  2. (b)ResourcesIn developing a human relations course under this section, the Secretary shall use the capabilities and expertise of the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI).
