There are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums, but not more than $5,422,000, as may be necessary for the acquisition of land and interests in land and for the development of the Golden Spike National Historic Site 1 See Change of Name note below. pursuant to sections 410cccc to 410cccc–2 of this title.
