16 U.S.C. § 410hhhh–5 — Definitions

1. (1)the term “preservation district” means the Jimmy Carter National Preservation District established under section 410hhhh–1 of this title;
2. (2)the term “historical park” means the Jimmy Carter National Historical Park established under section 410hhhh of this title; and
3. (3)the term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
