16 U.S.C. § 410yy–1 — Definitions

As used in this subchapter, the term—
  1. (1)“Commission” means the Keweenaw Historic Preservation Advisory Commission established by section 410yy–8 of this title.
  2. (2)“park” means the Keweenaw National Historical Park established by section 410yy–2(a)(1) of this title.
  3. (3)“Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
