  1. (a)Short titleSections 423l–1 to 423l–6 of this title may be cited as the “Richmond National Battlefield Park Act of 2000”.
  2. (b)DefinitionsIn sections 423l–1 to 423l–6 of this title:
    1. (1)Battlefield parkThe term “battlefield park” means the Richmond National Battlefield Park.
    2. (2)SecretaryThe term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
