The Tupelo National Battlefield site is redesignated the Tupelo National Battlefield which shall continue to be administered pursuant to the Act of August 25, 1916 (39 Stat. 535), as amended and supplemented, entitled “An Act to establish a National Park Service, and for other purposes.” 1 See References in Text note below.
