16 U.S.C. § 5108 — Authorization of appropriations

  1. (a)In generalTo carry out this chapter, there are authorized to be appropriated $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2001 through 2005.
  2. (b)Cooperative statistics programAmounts authorized under subsection (a) may be used by the Secretary to support the Commission’s cooperative statistics program.
