16 U.S.C. § 6707 — Authorization of appropriations

  1. (a)In generalThere is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this chapter $15,000,000 for each fiscal year.
  2. (b)LimitationNo funds made available under subsection (a) shall be used to pay the costs of constructing any facilities.
