16 U.S.C. § 7803

1. (1)receive and transmit, on behalf of the United States, reports, requests, recommendations, proposals, decisions, and other communications of and to the Commission;
2. (2)in consultation with the Secretary, act upon, or refer to other appropriate authority, any communication pursuant to paragraph (1); and
3. (3)with the concurrence of the Secretary, and in accordance with the South Pacific Fishery Resources Convention, object to decisions of the Commission.
