The duties described in this section are the following:
  1. (1)Assisting the Interagency Labor Committee to monitor and enforce the labor obligations of Mexico.
  2. (2)Submitting to the Interagency Labor Committee on a quarterly basis reports on the efforts undertaken by Mexico to comply with its labor obligations.
