In this subchapter:
  1. (1)The term “environmental law” has the meaning given the term in article 24.1 of the USMCA.
  2. (2)The term “environmental obligations” means obligations relating to the environment under—
    1. (A)chapter 1 of the USMCA (relating to initial provisions and general definitions); and
    2. (B)chapter 24 of the USMCA (relating to environment).
